Online safety – it’s not about the internet

This TED talk is by a well known speaker on online safety, Jim Gamble, who runs the online safety organisation INEQE and used to head up CEOP. In this talk Jim discusses the need to recognise that the risks we see online are not created by the internet but have always existed offline.

He also explores how we can really ensure social media and other online companies take responsibility for the content on their sites.
